Pecan pie is as close to Southern as it gets around here. Pecans are baked on top of a vanilla sablé cookie crust that's filled with a bourbon-brown sugar custard, making for an indulgent experience. But to take it one step farther, we've topped it with a salted Valrhona Dulcey-molasses whipped cream to make it truly amazing.
