Our house-made brioche dough, rich with lots of butter, is rolled, cut, and formed into large rolls. Each roll is placed over our sticky, brown sugar-bourbon caramel that's got cardamom, cinnamon, and fresh lemon zest added. A big sprinkle of chopped pecans is the final touch to add a crunchy, nutty element to these decadent rolls that bake up soft and sweet. If you're going to have a breakfast treat with your morning coffee, you can't get any better than this.
