Boston Creme - the pie that's actually a cake: very sneaky, Boston! It's one of my personal favorites, and I thought it would be fun to take this homey, classic dessert and mash it up with the dramatic towering beauty of an elegant crepe cake. Layers of vanilla and bourbon-scented crepes alternate with vanilla pastry cream and are topped with a thick swirl of dark chocolate ganache frosting. Wicked good!

It tasted good, but looked NOTHING like the photo. Too bad I can't attach a photo of my cake to this review. It was a tiny sad looking crepe mush that I ate in 4 bites.
