This fresh salmon fillet is coated in a spice blend, then charred over high-heat to form a blackened crust yet remain flaky. The contrast in textures continues when the fish is served with fluffy cauliflower couscous. A grilled pineapple salsa gives the dish a smoky and sweet flavor, and the cherry tomatoes tossed in Champagne vinaigrette add a nice sweet and tangy element.

Overcooked, colorless, seems to be farmed salmon rather then wild caught.

Yummy. Wish there were some greens with it but the salmon is moist and flavorful and cauliflower was a good complement.

My first meal with Munchery, and wow! They hit a home run with this dish. Loved the salmon (not too spicy for me at all) and the cauliflower couscous. Also loved that the dish was lower calorie and fit my diet plan well.

Normall Chef Ail is a guaranteed yummy meal but this Salmon and the couscous in particular were a fail. Not tasty at all. Not blackened, just a few spices. :(

Salmon was a bit over cooked, but the tomatoes and salsa were to die for and liked the cauliflower!

Couscous was gummy and had something that tasted like Brussels sprouts. Salmon was ok but couscous was so overpowering I could not eat it.
3 Stars
Too thick, lost flavor - a bit overcooked

Sadly tasted overly fishy and lacked any other flavor. Loved other salmon dishes from Munchery.

The Blackened Grilled Salmon rocks! I don't fancy couscous, but this cauliflower couscous wasn't too bad.

Moist, not dry; not overly spicy; vegetables were excellent; I ate it all!

Too spicy

The quinoa was too garlicky without enough additional flavor. The fish was delicious though!

Absolutely the best meal I've had on here. LOVED! Light and fresh. Great flavors. Definitely want it again!!!

Too spicy. Ordered blackened salmon before. I thought from Chef Ali and it was a little spicy, but mostly flavorful. Salmon is good, but too spicy. Same with Couscous. Could not enjoy. Will sadly avoid in the future.

It tasted like the fish had spoiled

Good dish, but this one tasted a bit too "fishy" - not well seasoned. Maybe it was this batch
