Think Korean tacos on a bun. Thinly sliced roast beef is piled into a baguette and slathered with a spicy sesame sauce that gets its kick from gochujang (Korean pepper paste). We add a roasted scallion aioli and lightly pickled (still crunchy!) cabbage to bring even more punch to this lunch.
