Sizzling beef, charred onions and peppers, and sweet, juicy tomato lay on a bed of lemony couscous dressed with the spice and tang of harissa. An extra squeeze of lemon juice does wonders to perk up this colorful plate. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious dinner for two.

Bell pepper was old and rotten inside and could not be used. Kind if an important component of a kabab. This was only my second time ordering and the first order was over an hour late.
