BBQ pork is one of the most popular treats in Chinese cuisine. We've teamed up with Dragon Beaux to bring you a particularly tasty version. Pork loin is marinated in a mix of five spice, anise seed, star anise, and ginger. After the pork is roasted, a thin sweet malt glaze is brushed on, which creates the signature shiny caramelized coat. It's served with a side of steamed rice and broccoli florets.
We partner with Dragon Beaux—a chic (and popular!) restaurant in San Francisco's Outer Richmond district—to bring you some of the best Chinese food in the Bay Area.
