A whole Mary's Chicken is halved then slathered, grilled, and slow-roasted for a fall-off-the-bone experience. The meal includes three classic side dishes: creamy mac & cheese made with sharp cheddar and cavatappi pasta; a shaved brussels sprout slaw with red cabbage and carrots dressed in our whole-grain mustard vinegar; and ears of corn that are grilled and come with a compound butter featuring fresh parsley, Aleppo pepper (think smoky, not spicy).
