This is a dish my wife made for me when she was pregnant and cooking up a storm!
Chicken thighs are roasted and braised with sweet and hot peppers, tomatoes, onions, ham and chorizo. Served with a rustic stone ground corn and buckwheat polenta and green beans topped with a toasted almond butter.
