A moist boneless, skin-on chicken breast is pan-seared and roasted until golden brown. It's sliced and served over a mixture of roasted red-skinned potato, sweet onions, artichoke hearts, and tender green beans. Our fresh basil vinaigrette is served on the side for you to drizzle over the dish if you like.
We now use chicken raised without antibiotics in our dishes—it’s better for the birds and it’s better for you. We’re excited to feature poultry from Mary’s Chickens on our menu as much as possible (and antibiotic-free poultry from Coleman Natural Foods when Mary’s supplies run low).
