Vegetarians need comfort food, too! This is a spin-off on a classic. Instead of using pork sausage, we marinated fennel in Italian spices and roasted it until it's sweet and spicy. The fennel is combined with orecchiette pasta, broccoli rabe, mozzarella, Parmesan, basil, garlic, and a bright tomato sauce. The whole dish is topped with bread crumbs and baked until crispy. Chef's note: To keep the crust crispy, heat this dish in an oven!

Not impressed. Small serving and very bitter tasting.

This dish was disappointing. It was bland, and also very strangely composed. The rabe was limp but kept in whole stalks, which was very awkward to eat as it was mixed into the whole dish. No fennel flavor, it just tasted like unseasoned tomato sauce.

This sounded like it would be fabulous but it was rubbery and really had no flavor.

Very good. Looking forward to more vegetarian dinners!

Worst dish I've ever had from Munchery. So BITTER we couldn't finish it and had frozen pizza instead.

Very focused on the pasta, which is actually how pasta is done in Italy, so who am I to argue? That said, as a California girl, I would have liked more veggies and nutritional content. Less bready, more savory.

This dish was pretty tasty, and as a meat-eater I could hardly tell it was a vegetarian dish!

Plenty for 2. We added one chopped chicken breast we had in refrigerator

The pasta didn't have enough sauce and I think that the broccolini might have been too bitter for the dish. It was just alright

Portions were basically children's size they were so small. The vegetables were so bitter I couldn't even eat them. Yuck!

Loved this. Perfect balance of pasta and veggies.

REALLY dry... Needed a little more sauce.. Too bad because other than that it was delicious!

While the flavor was good, I was disappointed by how few vegetables were in it. It was mostly pasta shells.

This was a hearty and satisfying dish, could have been shared between two people (if not for my GF husband). Seemed a bit on the dry side, but I appreciate that it wasn't drenched in marinara, as the nuanced flavors came through quite nicely.
