Crisp and colorful, this is a meal-sized salad that celebrates a few of our favorite vegetables. Dive fork-deep for tender, delicate asparagus, and two kinds of peas - bright snow peas and the herbaceous lightness of fresh pea shoots. A hearty serving of chicken helps pack the bowl with protein and succulence. Add our house French dressing to taste. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious dinner salad for two.
