This quiche is flavored up with some Gruyere Cheese, and on the side a tender butter lettuce salad with radishes, fresh chives, and a light cider vinaigrette.

Gluten free quiche! Never thought I'd eat quiche again. Moist, flavorful, with a delicious flakey crust. The side salad was just the thing to go with it. Thank you Chef Larcom.
