Marinated & grilled flank steak is cooked medium and served with a fresh pole bean salad, enlivened by cherry tomatoes, spring onions, bright cilantro, toasted peanuts, and a spicy, Asian-inspired citrus vinaigrette. Pair this with a vegetarian version of the popular Thai soup, Tom Kha Gai for a hearty meal. Mine is full of sweet corn, zucchini & yellow squash, wild mushrooms, & firm tofu. It's packed with mushroom soy sauce to garnish as well as cilantro, Serrano chiles & green onions.
