This is dish was so good! I loved it and would never think of kale and artichoke going together. Add a chicken breast chunks to this and it would be complete heaven!

The crust did not heat up like I would have liked. It got too tough after heating. Artichokes tasted pickled and that was not expected. I just felt that is fell short in the promise of a vegetarian pot pie.

Way too salty and not much else on the way of flavor. Looked good though.
