This granola is one of our favorite go-to breakfasts: crunchy, sweetened with a touch of maple syrup and brown sugar, and studded with plump dried apricots, flaked almonds, and vanilla bean. A touch of cracked black pepper tempers the sweetness and gives it just the right amount of spice.
