Thick apple slices are roasted with brown sugar and cinnamon. The mixture, similar to chunky apple sauce is stuffed into tender, thick cut bread slices before being dunked in our vanilla bean and orange-scented custard. It’s served with our almond streusel baked into the top with a side of fresh blueberries and some maple syrup.
