Pan-seared halibut is served with steamed beans, carrots and fingerling potatoes, tossed in a very small amount of butter, kosher salt, and fresh ground black pepper. A light mix of extra virgin olive oil with capers, fresh lemon, and dill, can be drizzled over the fish to bring out the fresh flavors. Enjoy!

It's like airplane food. and halibut is a poor choice of fish. Once reheated it is overcooked and dry. Healthy doesn't have to be bland.

Was great- just wished it could be made without butter.

Overall good. Fish is hard to do like this because it dries out when reheating. I would have liked the fish slightly less cooked to prevent this. Veggies were still crunchy (good!), although could have used a little more seasoning.

It was ok. The flavor was decent. The carrots and green beans got a little dried out in the cooking.
