Ahi tuna is crusted in coriander and chili flakes, grilled, and served on top of a green papaya, jicama, carrot, cucumber, and pineapple salad (we also add a bit of romaine lettuce for extra crunch). A peanut sambal relish comes on the side to stir in some extra heat, if you dare. Top it all off with a tamarind dressing.
