Ahi tuna is crusted in coriander and chili flakes, grilled, and served on top of a green papaya, jicama, carrot, cucumber, and pineapple salad (we also add a bit of romaine lettuce for extra crunch). A peanut sambal relish comes on the side to stir in some extra heat, if you dare. Top it all off with a tamarind dressing.

Loved this salad! Needed an extra dressing portion to make me completely happy.

Good. Not great. Would probably be better if the lettuce blend was more chopped....and throw some cabbage in for extra crunch. Also, please put the nuts in a separate container for those who don't want to, or can't, eat them.
