Ryan helmed his first kitchen as executive chef at Ambrosia and was later promoted to corporate chef at AnQi / House of An. Ryan’s next move would focus his creativity as chef de cuisine at Playground / 2.0 and then continue through with involvement in pop-up ventures, including his own Los Angeles-inspired Privē and the national underground pop-up restaurant group, Dinner Lab as the West Coast regional chef.
