This Los Angeles native has been cooking professionally for 20 years, including stints at Michelin-starred restaurants in San Francisco.

Ryan helmed his first kitchen as executive chef at Ambrosia and was later promoted to corporate chef at AnQi / House of An. Ryan’s next move would focus his creativity as chef de cuisine at Playground / 2.0 and then continue through with involvement in pop-up ventures, including his own Los Angeles-inspired Privē and the national underground pop-up restaurant group, Dinner Lab as the West Coast regional chef.

I eat way too much salt but the bean sauce was way too salty for me. The saltiness was so dominant no other seasonings came through.

Truly horrible. Impossible to serve and eat the long slimey noodles. Chicken was grey and fatty. Broth tasted like dehydrated Lipton soup packet.

Quite disappointing. Quite similar to airport vending machine food. Mushy, tasteless cherry tomatoes. I really liked Munchery the first time I ordered from the company, but the choices & quality seem to have declined. Too bad.

On my first order, the meat–two pieces and a scrap–was overcooked. On the second, it was completely well-done and gray–no trace of color. The pieces were fat-laden scraps. This after a call to customer support. Nothing like the picture. What a shame!
