Although his childhood was seafood-less because of his family’s kosher practices, Micah has since fallen hard for seafood. Along with having been the Executive Chef at both the Standard and Ace Hotels, he’s the co-founder of Chefs Who Surf, a group dedicated to sustainable seafood and ocean conservation. His love of all things culinary might show best in his daughters’ names: Saffron and Sage.
