All our chefs are tops, of course, but Micah stands out as having been a fierce competitor on Top Chef (2012-13).

Although his childhood was seafood-less because of his family’s kosher practices, Micah has since fallen hard for seafood. Along with having been the Executive Chef at both the Standard and Ace Hotels, he’s the co-founder of Chefs Who Surf, a group dedicated to sustainable seafood and ocean conservation. His love of all things culinary might show best in his daughters’ names: Saffron and Sage.

I'm always a big fan of the risotto dishes here- and this one isn't any different. Rich creamy risotto with the portobello steak makes for a magnificent dinner. You won't even miss the meat!

The flavors were crisp, tangy, and just dances on my tongue. I wished they had separated the rice in a separate microwavable container, so I could microwave this (who likes hard cold rice?), and mix it in with the cold poke and greens.

Very small, very badly carved chunk of white meat turkey. Few shreds of dark meat didn't even look good. Tiny portion of stuffing. Brussels sprouts raw. Cranberry sauce bitter. Sweet potatoes were great however.

Loved the texture and type of pasta...super al dente, but the dish overall lacked flavor. I pretty much only tasted jalapenos. It could use a little more cheese, cream and salt.
