Chef Fahey grew up in a small town. There were two big things his upbringing valued: food and family. He was also lucky enough to have an Italian grandmother who cooked everything from scratch. Her example didn’t just show him how delicious food can be when made with care, it deeply influenced his approach to cooking and creating real, flavorful, deeply satisfying dishes.

So good! Perfect balance of cheesiness and veggies, and the spice gives it a nice kick.

Eat your heart out Chipotle! I no longer have to wait 30 minutes on line to get one of their bowls. This dish is an absolute flavor bomb!

I really wanted to like this soup, it smelled amazing and the texture was silky and creamy. But it's WAYYYYY TOO salty. To the point I had to pour water into the soup to make it edible.

No avocado again?! Also, the bacon was again horrible fatty and undercooked. At least the chicken was better but the tomatoes were a little over ripe . If you guys can't get this one right then don't serve it

Terrible sauerkraut! Too little mashed potatoes. Sour cherry sauce a poor match.

It was okay - Not a lot too it, I thought the avocados would be chunks, but it was in the dressing. Really flavorful, though.

So, so, so much salt. Very little broccoli. Nothing close to as depicted. Avoid unless you need a salt lick.

Bacon wasn't crispy. I would have preferred crumbled bacon

This is yummy. The blue cheese dressing is super thick and difficult to distribute through the salad, leaving a lot of the salad undressed. The bacon looked kind've gross, but was actually quite good. Came w a green sauce that seemed out of place.

Not good. Either there were rotten greens, or it wasn't washed enough, or the dressing combination did not work out. Tasted bitter, so I just threw it away...

The chicken meat tasted rubbery, it was a very strange texture. The lentils were bland, and soggy, thus making everything else as well.
